Directus Integration Pilot: from static stubs to editable insights

A practical first rollout for replacing static insight stubs with Directus-managed content.

Why we moved

The old insights content was static and hard to update.

Directus gives us controlled publishing without changing frontend routes.

We created isolated jm_* collections.

We used a readonly token for build-time fetch only.
